Pre Sale Questions
Q: How long will it take to see results from your products?
Results can vary depending on individual skin and hair type, but many of our customers report noticing improvements within a few weeks of consistent use.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We formulate our products with sensitive skin in mind and use gentle, non-irritating ingredients. However, it is always advisable to do a patch test before using any new skincare or haircare product.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of at least 6-12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to extend their shelf life.
Q: Why does TRG add preservatives in their products?
Many skincare products such as gels, creams, toners contain water, which can promote the growth of microorganisms. As a result, these products may be harmful to use. To prevent this, we use preservatives whenever possible. Please note that all oils used in our products are preservative-free.
Q: What is the difference between Gel and Cream?
Gels typically have a more watery consistency and are made up of a higher percentage of water or alcohol compared to creams. They also tend to be transparent or translucent and can be easily absorbed into the skin. Gels are often used for conditions such as acne, sunburn, and insect bites as they provide a cooling and soothing effect on the affected area.
On the other hand, creams are usually thicker and contain a higher percentage of oil or emollients, making them more moisturizing and nourishing for the skin. They are often used for conditions such as dry skin, eczema, and psoriasis as they help to hydrate and protect the skin. Creams also tend to be opaque and can leave a greasy residue on the skin.
Overall, the choice between a gel or cream will depend on the specific use and desired effects.
