Return & Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy from the delivery date, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The Radiant Glo will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Delivery date is determined by using the tracking number used to ship the order. Customer bears the shipping cost incurred to mail the product back to “The Radiant Glo”.
