Gel versus Cream:
GEL - Gel boast a lightweight formula. They provide hydration without added oils, making them suitable for combination or oily skin types, as well as for individuals with other skin types during warmer months and humid conditions. Gels can also contribute to rebalancing skin moisture levels, leaving the skin looking fresh, supple, and dewy.
CREAM - This is the one most of us likely recognize and frequently use. Many creams contain oils as part of their formulation. The oils in creams serve various purposes, such as providing hydration, nourishing the skin, and helping to lock in moisture. Common types of oils found in creams include jojoba oil, almond oil, coconut oil, and others.
However, not all creams contain oils, and there are oil-free creams available, especially for individuals with oily or acne-prone skin.
